Project Management Institute (PMI) has established a number of awards to recognize and honour significant achievements in the project management profession. The Project Management Awards are one of the most coveted prizes in project management field and will be presented during the PMI National Conference 2012.
PMI India Awards are presented at the PMI India Project Management National Conference every year and are judged by a group of select practitioners having an expertise in project management domain. The entries are welcome till June 15th 2012 and the project should have been completed in the calendar year 2011.
The 2012 award nominations are now open to organizations including small, medium and large enterprises and individuals as per the below four categories:

- Long Duration
- Medium duration
- Short Duration
- Category B: Best Project of the Year - For Small and Medium Businesses
- Category C: Contribution to the Community Award
- Category D: Practitioner of the Year Award
