CHELMSFORD, Mass., Aug. 3, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brooks Automation,
Inc. (Nasdaq:BRKS) held their Sixth Annual Scholarship Awards Dinner on
June 28th to honor students selected to receive awards as part of the
Brooks Automation Annual Scholarship Program.

The Program is open to children of Brooks Automation's domestic
employees enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college
or university. Recipients for 2012 were selected based on factors such
as their strong academic performance, community service,
extracurricular activities, and a written essay. International
Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS), a third party
administrator, reviews all applications and selects the recipients of
the scholarships.

Harrington, Northeastern University, majoring in Computer Engineering;
Alexandra Townsend, The University of Tampa, majoring in Exercise
Science; Ashley Ventolieri, Regis College, majoring in Nursing;
Neangnaroth Chea, University of Massachusetts Lowell, majoring in
Chemical Engineering; Joshua Buonpane, University of New Hampshire,
majoring in Environmental Science; Adam Paranay, University of
Massachusetts Amherst, majoring in Engineering; Timothy Dyson,
Northeastern University, majoring in Electrical Engineering; Jeffrey
Taylor, Boston University, majoring in Biochemistry. Recipients Not
