Channel's CRN Magazine as one of the Women of the Channel in 2012.

Over the past year, Lucarelli has guided Tech Data's commitment to its
Diversity & Inclusion initiative, including Women of the Channel events
at Tech Data's Channel Link conferences, Women in Leadership events at
Tech Data's corporate office and supplier diversity. She also
implemented Tech Data's wellness and employee engagement programs,
while leading a record-setting year for community outreach, culminating
in company awards from the United Way and INROADS.

"Caryl works tirelessly to make Tech Data a great place to work for our
people, an easy partner to do business with for our reseller customers
and vendors, and an integral part of the communities in which we
operate," said Bob Dutkowsky, CEO of Tech Data. "Caryl's commitment to
diversity and inclusion is especially apparent, as Tech Data's Women of
the Channel events have been overwhelmingly successful. We are proud to
recognize Caryl on this well-deserved selection and appreciate her
continued contributions to the success of our company, our channel
partners, and our communities."

Lucarelli has been with Tech Data since 2007 and leads the Company's
employee relations, employment practices, organizational design,
leadership development, and team dynamics. She has more than 25 years
of global leadership experience with multinational companies, including
her prior position as vice president of Human Resources for HD Supply,
a former division of The Home Depot, Inc. Lucarelli has also held
senior human resources positions with Brambles Industries, Volvo Trucks
North America, Inc., and Dresser-Rand Company. She holds a B.S. in
Economics from Clemson University, a M.S. in Industrial Labor Relations
from the University of New Haven, and is a Certified Compensation
Specialist and Certified EEO (equal employment opportunity)
Professional.

Executives on the list were selected by the editors of CRN Magazine
based on nominations and applications from a field of vendor channel
organizations, distributors, and solution providers. Criteria for
selection was based on the role each applicant played over the past
year in driving revenue for their company and the steps they have taken
to evangelize the importance of the IT channel.

"Now in its ninth annual publication, CRN's 2012 'Women of the Channel'
list honors female executives based on their accomplishments over the
past year, and their dedication to driving the overall success of the
IT Channel," said Kelley Damore, vice president and editorial director,
UBM Channel. "This designation is especially important because it
recognizes successful and influential women in the IT channel, which
has long been considered a male-centric industry. I take great pride in
honoring and congratulating these women for their contributions to the
industry and their respective organizations."

Lucarelli's selection marks the seventh straight year that Tech Data
has been represented on CRN's Women of the Channel list. Editorial
coverage of the Women of the Channel list appears in the July issue of
CRN Magazine and expanded coverage and list will be featured online at
