company, today announced that its pending quarterly dividend will be
paid on or about June 29, 2012, rather than June 20, 2012, as
previously announced. There has been no change to the record date or
the amount of the dividend; the record date remains June 1, 2012, and
the amount is $0.13 per share (or approximately $21 million in the
aggregate).
